SRI 2003 will include a program for traveling companions featuring professionally guided tours of San Francisco. Each day, two tours will be available for exploring this picturesque, vibrant city and its surroundings. Download the tour descriptions (PDF file) for details. Following is a tentative schedule:
- Monday: San Francisco City Tour (9:00-13:30) or
Muir Woods and Sausalito Tour(9:30-16:30)
- Tuesday: A Day in the Wine Country (9:00-17:00) or
The Back Streets of Chinatown (10:00-14:00)
- Wednesday: Moving Movie Tour of San Francisco (10:30-15:00) or
Carmel and Monterey (7:30-18:30)
- Thursday: Alcatraz (times TBA, 4 hrs) or
San Francisco's Painted Ladies (9:30-13:00)
To sign up for tours in advance, download the tour registration form (Word file) and return it to the address given on the form. You will also be able to register for these tours at the Yerba Buena Center conference registration desk.
