Information for Exhibitors
- Every
exhibiting company will be allotted badges
for two exhibitors. Exhibitor
badges must be at all times during the conference.
The badges confer the same privileges
as regular meeting attendees,
including
admission
to
all sessions, refreshments, and
boxed lunches. Additional persons accompanying
the exhibit must register as a meeting participant
on the Registration
Web page.
- Each
vendor will be assigned an exhibit space
which consists of a 72" x 30" (1.8
m x .75 m) draped table and two chairs.
All exhibit
material must fit within this space. Please
provide a description of all exhibit materials
including dimensions and weight estimates.
- Electricity and network connections may
be limited, so please specify these requirements
in
advance to determine if arrangements
can
be made. Include a description of lights
or equipment needing electricity and the
watt/amps
needed.
On-site requests for changes to electricity
or connectivity may not be granted.
- Please contact Western Event Service directly

with exhibit shipping
and handling. Booth furnishings such poster
boards, easels, and table
top risers can be also be rented through
Western Event Service.
Arrangements made after August 16, 2003

- Because of limited parking in the area,
the unloading of materials and set up for
exhibits will be
staged on Sunday, August 24, 2003 between
1:00-5:00 pm. Union labor will be available
and must be used
to set up the exhibits. Set up must be completed
by Monday, August 25 at 8 am. Tear down
will also
be staged, and should be completed by 9:00
P.M. on Thursday, August 28.
- Uniformed security personnel will be on
duty 24 hours
a day at both exhibit locations for
the duration of the meeting. Questions regarding
specific security issues should be directed
to the SRI
2003 Conference Coordinator.
- Exhibitors must carry their own insurance.
