| Proceedings will be published
by the American Institute of Physics (AIP), as
a volume in the AIP series of conference proceedings
and electronically. Conference attendees and AIP
subscribers will have access to the published
proceedings on the World Wide Web. The library
volume will be available for purchase from AIP.
All registered meeting attendees will receive
a CD containing the complete SRI 2003 proceedings
and will have free access to the published proceedings
on the World Wide Web. Attendees wishing to purchase
a copy of the library volume of the proceedings
may do so at a discount price of $150.00. To reserve
a copy, check the appropriate box on the SRI
2003 registration form.

The CD-ROM version of the Proceedings will be
shipped to attendees in June 2004.
